Child development for judges

This course is offered through the North Carolina Judicial College. This course is intended for District Court Judges who are relatively new to juvenile or domestic relations court.  The content will cover basic concepts of child development. The topics that will be covered include the stages of normal child development for both young children and adolescents and the effects of abuse and neglect on those stages of development.
