Effective Supervisory Management Program
This program is designed to empower managers and supervisors by providing the fundamental knowledge necessary for effective management. Behavioral principles and practical approaches to management are explored using a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, learning instruments, skill-building exercises, and discussions.

in local governments or state agencies who have not had other significant training in management. The course is also open to clerks, finance officers, and others who are preparing for the management component of their certification process. |
