Public Law and the Public's Lawyers Conference

This course addresses issues relevant to attorneys who work in state government. Topics discussed during previous courses have included securities fraud prosecution, recent Supreme Court cases, and appellate advocacy. In addition, participants received updates on recent developments in civil litigation, the legislature, and the rulemaking process.

Attendees

Members of the attorney general's staff and the legislative staff, as well as other lawyers working for and with the state, local government, and the university system; enrollment is limited to 225, and preference will be given to members of the attorney general's staff, the legislative staff, and other state and local employees
